This 1 day workshop will provide delegates with the tools to take on the leadership and management elements of their role by being able:

To gain an understanding of a generic model of management and leadership and evaluate where your strengths lie

To Identify your own preferred working style and be able to improve your team working skills

To use a framework for effective clear communication, especially useful in difficult situations

Who should attend
This course has been designed for Doctors in Training who are looking developing their own knowledge on leadership and management skills . Delegates will leave with the knowledge and skills to lead a manage a team in a wide variety of situations.
