The ability to understand finance and write a business plan has never been more important within the NHS. Are your knowledge and skills good enough?
This webinar provides an introduction to finance and business planning within the National Health Service and explains why a good grasp of these disciplines is so important within the current context. There is also the opportunity for some practical teamwork – constructing an outline business case
