Aims

This empowering training will help you to feel more confident and comfortable in yourself as you engage with your work and your life.

Objectives

This Confidence Training enables you to:

Reduce anxiety and self-doubt.
Free yourself from limiting thinking.
Recognise some of the main mechanisms of confidence.
Understand how you can influence how you feel.
Create more inner comfort.
Feel more freedom to be naturally you.
Bring your unique gifts and authentic style into your role.
Feel relaxed, confident, and empowered.

A 2-part training

The training takes place over 2 half day sessions, separated by a week. This allows the integration and application of session 1 content, before we next meet.

Overview

Care will be taken that the training environment feels relaxed and comfortable, so you can safely reflect, explore the content, and participate. The emphasis is on practical and meaningful impact.

You will increase your self-awareness; sense into what confidence looks and feels like; and discover where you have been getting in your own way. The training will enable you to create helpful new habits that support a more confident you.

Topics addressed include:

Confident physiology
Counteracting negative self-talk, and limiting beliefs
Developing a kind, positive, and accepting self-view
Freeing yourself from perfectionism
Recognising your wonderful uniqueness
Taking ‘right-sized action’

Discover how you can increase your own inner comfort, and discover a sense of additional freedom and possibility.
