SWOT Becoming the Boss - Transition from Registrar to Consultant

This SWOT day aims to help prepare trainees for the Consultant postion. There will be a focus on preparing the CV and Consultant interviews, setting up a new service/preparing a business planb as well as covering other aspects of the Consultant's responsibility.
Cost: £20 per trainee - cost includes refreshments and lunch.
