The Severn Deanery supports the Training Interface Group in Hand Surgery in the recruitment to advanced training fellowships.

We are currently recruiting 10 fellows that will have the opportunity to undertake 12 months in one of the following centres:

  • Oxford - Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre (2 posts)
  • Manchester - Wythenshawe Hospital (2posts)
  • Sheffield - Sheffiedl Teaching Hospitals
  • Derby
  • Newcastle
  • Norwich - Norfolk & Norwich Hospitals
  • Birmingham
  • Wrightington
  • Nottingham (Queen’s Medical Centre)
  • Leeds (awaiting final confirmation of inclusion)

These posts are suitable for existing surgical trainees in Plastic Surgery or Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgery who have an interest in Hand Surgery. Applicants must have passed the full Intercollegiate Specialty Board Examination by the time they take up the post.
