This blended learning programme is designed to enable you,as a busy consultant, to exlore, understand and improve your leadership skills. Miad have incorporated safety and quality aspects of the Keogh reviews into this interractive programme.

Workshop Objectives
- To equip Consultants to meet the leadership challenges they will encounter, through discussion and practical work, reinforcing the lessons from the e-learning modules
- To examine further how patient safety and clinical risk management are at the core of continuous improvement in healthcare delivery, so that you can make a real contribution to clinical governance
- To uderstand the importance of commercial awareness
- To explore further the changing approach to medical leadership in the context of the Medical Leadership Competency Framework (MLCF)
- To explore more deeply the techniques of influencing others, helping you become a better leader, manager and team member
- To determine what commercialisation means in Healthcare
