Leadership for SAS Doctors Workshop

Leadership for all doctors is essential with new models of Health Care and Education Commissioning. Leadership is a team game as well as requiring key individuals to demonstrate clear guidance and direction for colleagues and trainees. This workshop explores how to assess the type and style of leadership needed in any situation and help participants understand their own leadership qualities. This workshop was highly acclaimed at the Association for Medical Education in Europe (AMEE) Ottawa conference in Miami (May 2010), and is also scheduled at the AMEE conference in Glasgow in September 2010.
