Your feedback ensures that our results are valid and reliable and can be used a sound basis for improving the quality of postgraduate medical education in the Severn Deanery.
The Severn Deanery Quality Team has compiled information from the 2011 GMC Trainee survey to give everyone the opportunity to access this information quickly and easily. The Quality Team values openness and transparency of the data, whilst being sensitive to the issues of trainee confidentiality and this data is anonymised.
Results
We take all of the low performance outlier indicators very seriously and request that these areas are addressed as a matter of priority. Feedback has been requested from Trusts with regard to an Action Plan and outcomes to be delivered as part of the annual Severn Deanery reporting process, which feeds back to the GMC.
