Surveys
The GMC Trainee Survey identifies key areas of both excellence and development – which will inform positive change in terms of training satisfaction for trainees. As an example, the Severn Deanery will use the survey results in a variety of ways: including prioritising Deanery Visits to Trusts. These aim to improve the quality of trainee placements in terms of training and development within Trusts and Schools.
The Severn Deanery coordinates the GMC Trainee and Trainer Surveys and has previously run the Severn Deanery End of Placement Survey.
